Terms & Conditions – Think Out Loud

Welcome to Think Out Loud! By booking our programs or using our website, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payments

   • 50% advance required to confirm bookings.

   • Advance is non-refundable.

   • Balance payable before or on the event day.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

   • Rescheduling allowed if requested at least 7 days before the event, subject to availability.

   • Extra costs from rescheduling will be charged to the client.

3. Participation & Safety

   • Participants must be medically fit and join at their own risk.

   • We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages unless caused by our proven negligence.

4. Intellectual Property

   • All content, designs, and media belong to Think Out Loud.

   • We may use event photos/videos for promotion unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

5. Privacy

   • Your personal data is safe with us and used only for service purposes.

   • We do not share or sell your information without consent, unless required by law.

6. Governing Law

   • These terms follow Indian law. Disputes will be handled in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
