IIT MADRAS
One of our most ambitious programs was for the 1200 BTech 2022 freshers at IIT Madras. Tasked with helping students build friendships, establish support systems, and identify personal strengths, we designed a series of dynamic and engaging activities. The freshers’ enthusiasm and willingness to connect created an inspiring atmosphere, setting the stage for a strong start to their journey at IIT. Seeing their bonds form and confidence grow was a highlight of our work.
For the 1200 BTech 2023 freshers at IIT Madras, we aimed to build a sense of community and self-awareness through our tailored program. The activities were designed to encourage meaningful connections and foster personal growth. The students’ participation and openness to the experience made it a success, laying the groundwork for their future endeavors at IIT Madras.
Our program for the 800 MTech 2023 freshers at IIT Madras centered on fostering connections, building support networks, and promoting collaborative research. Through thoughtfully designed activities, we helped participants identify their strengths and areas for growth. Their eagerness to engage and collaborate highlighted the value of teamwork and shared purpose, making the program an incredible journey for all involved.
At Think Out Loud, we had the honor of working with the MBA cohort from IIT Madras, a 50-member group eager to refine their team dynamics. Our carefully designed activities emphasized trust, collaboration, and leadership, creating an environment where participants could thrive. The enthusiasm and active engagement of the cohort elevated the program, leaving them with stronger connections and actionable insights. Witnessing their growth and camaraderie was truly inspiring, making the experience memorable for everyone involved.
The Engineering Unit of IIT Madras approached us at Think Out Loud to organize a two-day outing for their 40-member team at the ECR resort, focusing on conflict handling and collaboration. Understanding their objectives, we designed a series of tailored activities that encouraged open communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Our team worked closely with participants, facilitating engaging sessions that addressed real-world challenges while building mutual understanding. The result was a dynamic and interactive experience that not only strengthened their team dynamics but also provided practical tools for professional growth. It was rewarding to see the positive transformation and lasting connections formed during the program.
